Segonzano
Segonzano is the name of a wide area on foot of the Dosso di Segonzano and the Ceramont, the two mountains that divide the Valley of Cembra from that one of Piné.
It is divided into sixteen villages, going from 1000 metres of altitude of Quaras, to 500 metres of Pra.
Here tourism is not the main resource: in fact very important are the agriculture (in particular the vine-growing), the wood working (with the production of artistic craftsmanship and the sculpture), the commerce, the industry and working of porphyry.
In Stedro there is the Church of the Trinity, in Savignano the Church of S. Nicolò, and in Sabion it starts the street to the Sanctuary of the Madonna dell'Aiuto.
The area of Segonzano is also renowned for its rock Pyramides that offer to tourist a very suggestive landscape.
